Antonella Colella has been practicing law for over 15 years and has extensive experience in business law, contracts, real estate acquisitions, leasing and corporate matters.

 

She provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs, growing business and established companies.  She advises and counsels clients in industries such as professional services, apparel, beauty, tech, real estate, e-commerce, lifestyle brands and more.  She focuses on corporate issues, contract law, intellectual property counseling and registration, real estate transactions and leasing.  In many instances, Antonella acts as consulting general counsel to her clients, handling business issues and problems as they come up.

 

Antonella's experience in private practice and previously, as an in-house deputy general counsel, give her unique insight into how legal advice can function with business to make enterprises run more efficiently.   She offers meaningful advice on day-to-day business operations as well as provide strategic thinking on major business decisions.

She is the founder and managing attorney of Colella Legal Studio, PLLC, a boutique business and trademark law firm. She is a frequent speaker on issues affecting growing businesses and is a contributor and speaker at National Aesthetic Spa Network (NASNPRO) conferences throughout the U.S.
