
LANCE M. SACKNOFF

Lance M. Sacknoff began practicing as a lawyer in 2022 and has since focused his practice on civil litigation, particularly construction and commercial disputes. Lance advises and litigates on sundry legal issues arising in the areas of property damage, construction and surety law, contract terms, subrogation, personal injury, and business disputes.
Lance achieves highly favorable outcomes in mediation, arbitration, and at trial. Notably in 2024, he won a $1.2 million trial judgment in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in an injury case. He advocates for our clients in state and federal jurisdictions, having been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Lance also sits as an Arbitrator for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
Lance’s passion for advocacy and his background as an educator continues to motivate his efforts to work with young and upcoming law school students, including his recent participation as a competition judge for the Philadelphia Regional finals of the prestigious National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Lance’s avocations include building computers, gaming, and cooking . ​
