Noah Charlson has over twenty-five years of experience in complex business litigation, construction and surety law, and all forms of dispute resolution.   Noah's clients include property owners and real estate developers, builders and construction managers, architects, universities, lawyers and law firms, gaming companies, sureties and insurance companies, authors and artists, and corporate executives. He represents clients in diverse areas of the law, including construction and surety law, professional liability, legal malpractice, employment and post-employment litigation, restrictive covenants, false advertising, trademark and copyright law, as well as general commercial matters. 

Noah has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors, and managing and resolving construction disputes during and after construction.   He is experienced in representing clients in mediation, arbitration and the state and federal courts.  Since 2020, Noah has been selected each year by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers In America® publication.  He was recognized by Pennsylvania SuperLawyers as a Rising Star from 2010-2011 and a Super Lawyer from 2013-2016 and 2018-2021.   Noah is a Charter Fellow in the Construction Lawyer Society of America, an invitation-only honorary association of preeminent construction lawyers.  He is a certified mediator and a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Construction Industry Arbitrators.

Noah is an avid skier, bicyclist and occasional triathlete.   He lives with his wife, three children and too many animals in Philadelphia’s western suburbs.
